One-on-one Life Coaching
For anyone who wants to work in nature, particularly good for people who are:
- Caring for someone who is ill
- Traumatised either recently or in the past
- Wanting to improve your health/well-being
- People in some type of transition, e.g. divorce or thinking of a career change
These sessions take place in Kirstenbosch, unless otherwise requested, and last 60 to 90 minutes.
Designed specifically to work with nature to achieve a goal such as:
- De-stress and learn skills to de-stress eg. mindfulness
- Prevent burnout
- Work with trauma, anger or conflict in the workplace
These sessions are particularly suitable for :
- Carers in the medical, NGO fields who support people
- IT Personnel
- Groups wanting to deepen their understanding of nature
As these packages are customised to suit the needs of each group, the specifics will be negotiated.
